Slogans and piths for off‑the‑cushion practice
Remember is a small phone app that brings a slogan to mind as a notification throughout the day. It lives on your phone: no account, nothing to join, and completely free. Turn the built-in collections on and off, or add your own.

“Train in the preliminaries.”
Before engaging in active mental training, ground yourself in the fundamentals: appreciate the rare opportunity of your life, remember impermanence, understand karma (cause and effect), and realize that chasing distractions leads to dissatisfaction. Off-the-cushion, pause periodically to ask: 'Am I grounded in what truly matters right now?'
Reminders through the day
At random moments or at a steady rhythm within the hours you set, or at times you choose. Star the slogans you love to see them more often.
A breath to come back
A breathing circle on the Zen screen guides a few breaths: Balance (box breathing), Relax (4-7-8) or Energize.
Collections to share
Lojong slogans and other collections are built in. Write your own in the app or the Builder, and share it with a link.
