Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Remember ("Application") for mobile devices, which was created by Dmitriy Agafonov. The Application is designed to support mindfulness and mind training (Lojong) by delivering scheduled notifications.

Information You Enter, Including Reflections

The Application does not require any account registration or login. All data created or entered by you in the Application—including custom collections, customized slogans, notification schedules, and your private reflections—is stored exclusively on your local device (using local storage and database components). We do not have access to, nor do we collect, store, or share this information.

Backups and File Sharing

If you choose to export your data or share a collection, the file is created locally on your device. You are solely in control of where you save or send these files.

Data Collection and Third-Party Access

• We do not collect any personal data, location data, or device identifiers.
• We do not use any third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.
• Your reflections, collections, and settings never leave your device unless you export or share them yourself.
• The Application downloads slogan pictures from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) when it shows them. You can turn pictures off in the Application, and then it makes no such requests.
• When you add a collection from a link, the Application downloads that file from the address you entered, for example Google Drive.

As with any internet request, the services above can see your device's IP address. They receive nothing else from the Application.

This Website

The Collection Builder and Collection Viewer run in your browser, and the Builder saves your draft in your own browser. When you open a collection from a Google Drive link on this website, our server fetches that public file for you and does not store it. Google Cloud, which hosts the website, keeps standard request logs (such as IP addresses) for up to 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

Because the Application does not collect any personal information from any users, including children, we are in full compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) regulations.
